HOW to OPEN & RESET the TSA LOCK
ALL of Hanke luggage feature with TSA approved lock, pls follow these steps to open the case or you can watch the video on the detail page for more information.
1. Put the combination to 0-0-0, then push forward the “Button a” following the direction of the arrow. You will hear a “click” and the suitcase is opened.
2. Find out the small dot on the side of the combination lock and press it(“Reset Button b”) down with a pen.
3. Turn the password dials to set a password you want, such as 9-9-9.
4. Push the “Button a” in the direction of the arrow again, and the new password is set successfully.
